How did Vantage and our Sandra land in the jury of the poll Top Employer of 2024?
The poll Top Employer 2024 is an opportunity for companies to showcase a piece of their corporate DNA. In its 13th edition, the winners will once again be determined not only by the general public and employees but also by an expert jury.
And how did Vantage and our Sandra Mažárová get involved?
In the summer of 2024, Alma Career Slovakia approached our research agency for methodological consultation, and of course, we enthusiastically agreed. (We have enthusiasm to spare every week! ). Another pleasant surprise came in fall - nomination of our MD Sandra Mažárová to the jury.
This is a great honor and a significant responsibility for us because recognizing companies for the benefits they offer their employees and how they communicate them to the public helps shape the market and society we live in. And being a role model is, above all, a commitment.
Rewarding companies for the benefits they provide to their employees and how they communicate them externally is, in my opinion, a meaningful way to support the best of what we have here in Slovakia.
At Vantage, we also love drawing inspiration from what others do well. It’s fascinating to see how many different roads lead to Rome – and how diverse they are!
